New message boards were installed at Marion Junior-Senior High School and Marion Elementary School this week.

The message boards are bigger and better than their predecessors and have the capability to display images and text. They are also have programmable brightness settings that can be adjusted throughout the day.

The message boards are one of the final phases of a $14 million capital project approved by District taxpayers in December 2020.
