Waterline Break Leads To Remote Learning At MJSHS On Feb. 23

Marion Junior-Senior High School will be closed to in-person learning on Tuesday, February 23, due to a major break in a waterline that feeds the building.

Tuesday, Feb. 23 will be a remote learning day for all students and staff at MJSHS.

All athletic and extracurricular activities of the Marion Junior-Senior High School scheduled for Tuesday are also postponed.

Due to the limited number of spectators, there is sufficient water pressure for Monday night’s boys basketball games against Clyde-Savannah to be played as scheduled. Attendance is limited to two spectators per Marion player.

Meals for Junior-Senior High students may be picked up between 11 and 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the back entrance of the elementary school. The instructional information shared by Mr. Dehn for today will remain the same for tomorrow.

Marion Elementary School will be open for in-person learning on Tuesday as scheduled.  Due to no Junior-Senior High students attending in-person, bus pick up times for elementary students may be later than normal.
