• The Marion Central School FFA Chapter hosted FFA Day at Marion Junior-High School on Wednesday, Sept. 28.

FFA members and adviser Lily-Anne Lachnor welcomed various animals, including a horse, cow, chickens, rabbits and geckos to school. FFA members shared information about the organization, including trivia, and offered samples of herbs grown in the courtyard garden to taste.

Marion’s FFA chapter received its charter in April and has about 20 members. It is the only active chartered chapter in Wayne County at this time.

Thank you to all who came out to visit on FFA Day.
